This book is interesting from the first one. The love and relationship between Gemma and Evan seem to dragged a bit. There wasn't any action going on till a few parts but there was a lot of fantasy and mythical mix in when Evan took Gemma to Eden. Also it seem like there wasn't any of Gemma high school friends in the book (just a little bit). On a side note, I loved the relationship with Ginerva and Simon. Overall, it's a interesting read till the end when the author gets you hooked about The Hunt is on for Gemma to die while the others protect her no matter what the cost is. What will you do till you accidently kill some one that you loved?
This series was moving! I had a difficult time putting any of the books down, I just wanted to know what happened next! I will read this series again! If you liked Twilight or the thrills of Divergent, then you should absolutely give this a try. And don't stop after the first book. This author found it's way into my heart and I lived the emotions with the characters through her writing Can't wait to see what happens in her next series. This book broke my heart, so glad I purchased all 4 together so I could keep reading on without waiting.
What a rollercoaster this book was and the ending, OMG it killed me...I am reading book 3 at the moment to see what happens. This book continues Evan and Gemma's story and while they may have escaped death, it isn't long before someone is after Gemma once more. In this book things hot up and the romance is excellent. We don't get a lot of Peter or Gemma's other friends in this book, but we get a lot more of Ginevra, Simon, and Blake. There are a lot of twists in this second book in the series and I don't want to give away anything. What I will say is that if you enjoyed book 1 you'll love book 2 and you'll jump straight into book 3.
Unfaithful - The Deception of Night by Elisa S. Amore is the second novel in her Touched Saga, continuing off where the first book left off. We are pulled in on an unforgettable journey as Gemma and Evan deal with the consequences of eluding Death and after a risky decision, the hunt is back on.Each page is written so beautifully that you find yourself forgetting that you're actually reading a book. There's pure life in every sentence and every character that the story is purely tangible and consuming. It hooks you in from the very start and makes you not want to put it down even after the last word is devoured.
The second book in the series was similar to the first. There are a few twists though. As with the first book, there were many sections that were very monotonous. The scene in heaven was beautifully written but way too long. It felt like half the book was about things that had no bearing on the plot and were written purely to fill the pages. Evans internal monologues are way too long and also monotonous just like the first book. There were a few parts of the book that were a little predictable. I am not a fan of cliffhanger endings , but they are effective at getting you to buy the next book.
Okay so i was hesitant to start another series but decided to give it another try some I'm waiting on 3 other books. I feel in love with Evan and Gemma their story is that of a fairy tale however i am n now biting my nails as well as saying what the bell Gemma how could you not feel that twinge when drake kissed you, you should have known who was who....... but I'm still hoping fate brings them together again they came end like this.... I cannot wait until brokenhearted comes out fall is here well almost.......great books

As Evan and Gemma continued their journey to finding peace in their love, they not only battle their own demons, but the closes person to them. At every turn we see the good in all of them. The love they had for Gemma, for being Evan’s person. As their heart break for the fight they all never expected to have, the group stayed strong and united.I loved Evan’s world, it was beautiful and the author was so descriptive. I felt like I was visiting the place with Evan and Gemma. The colors, flowers, the water, the animals, all so beautiful. When Gemma told Evan, this kind of place does not exist and he answered with “it does in my world†it reminded me of Bella and Edward. But their time together in that beautiful forbidden world, was more than what Bella and Edward had. It was touching, perfect and it was the place they really made their connection stronger than ever and the official undying love confession for each other. I couldn’t get enough of them. Every time they were together, it was like an explosion of love. Evan always made sure that Gemma got everything she deserved and more.Evan is now added to my book boyfriend list, as he is pure sweetness and pure love for Gemma. Evan did everything and anything for the girl. Every ounce of love Evan poured out to Gemma she gave right back equally. I love these two, they were so hot together and so made for each other. Their love is epic and I cannot get enough.I am in book hangover and was left with a cliffhanger, I’m not sure how to handle. I cannot wait for book 3 of the series, for now I am hoping for the best for Gemma and Evan.
I'm loving this series but I didn't get as into this like the first one. At first I thought this book was kind of dragging. Some of the moments between Gemma and Evan seemed to go on forever and just wanted them to end and get back to the action. About 2/3 of the way through it really picked up. Then BAM it ended on a huge cliffhanger. I must start the next book right now!
