Great read. It's broken down by genre, so you can easily flip to the period you're most interested in at the time. John Hampsey provides fresh, thought-provoking commentary on classic works. The words come to life on the page as though you were in conversation with the author. Nothing dry about this read. Enjoy!
It always takes a most creative mind to offer a new perspective to a way masses looks at something without questioning it; and when someone's able to break that paradigm, it's enlightening. I wish this book is promoted more, because it deserves it. The Author is quite witty, and wise.
A mix of personal essay and philosophy, this book is so well-written and intriguing, I was flat out amazed.
